About us
Cox Industrial Supplies is a small family run business established in 1860 as Cox's Stores, transferred to the Watters family in 1933, who in 1975 changed the shops name to Cox Industrial Supplies. Bryan and son Barry Winston took over in 2001 and have run the business since.
Bryan has over 50 years experience and knowledge in engineering and industrial supplies.
We stock a wide variety of ironmongery, hand tools, power tools, power tool accessories, housewares, gardening tools, decorating sundries, adhesives, abrasives, fixings and hardware, security products, safety clothing and workwear and a whole lot more as well as everything on offer through Home Hardware Scotland's Click & Collect service.
We keep in stock a large range of bolts, nuts, washers, set screws, machine screws, cap screws, threaded bar, woodscrews, self-tapping screws and self-drilling screws. We stock both metric and imperial BSW (Whitworth), BSF, UNC and UNF.
We also keep large stock of quality HSS and Cobalt drill bits, taps and dies.
