Loyalty Points

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Smile.io Loyalty Program ("myHome Points") on homehardwaredirect.co.uk. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility:
  a. The Program is open to all customers of homehardwaredirect.co.uk who meet the eligibility criteria.
  b. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older.

2. Enrollment:
  a. Customers can enroll in the Program by creating an account on homehardwaredirect.co.uk.
  b. Enrollment in the Program is voluntary and free of charge.

3. Earning Points:
  a. Participants can earn points by making eligible purchases on homehardwaredirect.co.uk.
  b. Points will be awarded based on the total purchase amount, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and discounts.
  c. Points will be credited to the participant's account after the purchase is confirmed.

4. Redemption of Points:
  a. Participants can redeem their accumulated points for rewards offered by homehardwaredirect.co.uk.
  b. The available rewards and corresponding point values will be specified on the Program's website.
  c. Points can only be redeemed for rewards within the available options and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Expiration of Points:
  a. Points earned through the Program will not have an expiration date.
  b. Homehardwaredirect.co.uk reserves the right to change this at any time without prior notice.
  c. If expiration dates are implemented, expired points will be automatically deducted from the participant's account and cannot be reinstated.

6. Program Changes and Termination:
  a. Homehardwaredirect.co.uk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
  b. Any modifications or termination of the Program will not affect the points already earned by participants.
  c. In case of Program termination, participants will have a reasonable time period to redeem their accumulated points.

7. Account Termination:
  a. Homehardwaredirect.co.uk reserves the right to terminate a participant's account in case of fraudulent or abusive behavior.
  b. Termination of an account will result in the loss of all accumulated points.

8. Privacy:
  a. Personal information collected during enrollment in the Program will be used in accordance with homehardwaredirect.co.uk's privacy policy.

9. Limitation of Liability:
  a. Homehardwaredirect.co.uk will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Program, except where prohibited by law.

10. Governing Law:
  a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Please note that loyalty points earned online cannot be redeemed in-store, and in-store loyalty cards do not apply to our myHome loyalty points program via homehardwaredirect.co.uk.
