Just cut the top off your Pineapple then simply twist the cutter down through the pineapple it will leave you with a super spiral of fresh Pineapple without the tough core. You are left with a just the outer skin of the pineapple – which if you are lucky you could use as a centre piece of a tropical cocktail.
