Everbuild is the UK’s leading manufacturer of sealants, adhesives, fillers, and construction chemicals. Founded in 1994 in Leeds, it quickly became renowned for launching market‑leading innovations.
Following its acquisition by Swiss speciality chemicals giant Sika in 2013, Everbuild became part of Sika UK Ltd, combining UK trade‑market strength with global R&D support.
Everbuild continues to operate from its Leeds manufacturing site—with laboratory facilities, distribution hub, and its polymer plant—producing over 80% of its product portfolio, including proprietary PVA glues, wood adhesives, and acrylic polymers.
