Online Competition Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Joseph Joseph Competition hosted by Home Hardware Direct Ltd. By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

Entrants must reside in England, Wales or Scotland.

Employees of the Organiser and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

Internet access and a valid email address are required to enter.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete quiz, giving the correct answer & entering their email address.

Entries must be submitted between 9^th July 2025 and 16^th July 2025.

Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated.

Submission Guidelines

All entries must be original, created by the entrant, and must not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Any inappropriate, offensive, or plagiarised content will result in disqualification.

Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen at random, using a generator.

The winners will be announced on 17^th July 2025 via email & social media.

Winner has 14 working days to claim their prize.

All decisions made by the Organiser are final and not subject to appeal.

Prizes

Joseph Joseph Arc Pedal Bin 30L in Stainless Steel (worth £129.99)

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without notice.

Intellectual Property

By entering the Competition, you grant the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and publish your entry for promotional purposes, with appropriate credit.

We may ask for a photograph of you receiving the prize, for marketing purposes only. This is optional.

Liability

The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other factors outside our control.

By participating, entrants release the Organiser from any liability related to the Competition or any prize.

Privacy

Unless you have opted in to received marketing information (this can be unsubscribed at any time).

Data will only be used by Home Hardware Direct Ltd., unless governed by law.

General

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Competition at any time.
