Delivery:
Q: Do I have to be at home for my delivery ?
A: All deliveries require a signature to ensure you receive properly however you can change delivery address to a relative/friend/neighbour or even your work address.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If you request to cancel your order before we have shipped we will issue a full refund to card used for purchase. If you wish to cancel after order has been dispatched you have 14 days to return to ourselves for a full refund assuming the product is unused and in original packaging.
Q: What if I receive a faulty item?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and we will arrange to collect and either refund or replace as requested. Our contact number and email are available on this page.
Q: What if my product develops a fault during the warranty period?
A: All products we sell come with a 1 year/12 months warranty with ourselves if your product develops a fault during this period then please contact us to arrange a collection and replacement of faulty item.

*Working days are Monday-Friday 8am-7pm inclusive,excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. Available for orders placed on website before 12 noon (delivery on working days only) orders placed after 12 noon desptached next working day. Please allow 2 additional days for some rural/remote locations.
Q: What if delivery was attempted when I wasn't at home?
A: Our courier will leave a card stating whether your parcel will be redelivered or will be taken to your local Collection Point for collection.
